How di I buy an article that is downloadable (e.g. the Linhai Parts Manual)?
You can buy downloadable articles as every other article. The only difference is you don't have to choose a shipping method during the checkout process, unless you didn't select any articles that have to be shipped.
What payment methods can I use?
You can use the same payment methods as when buying every other article, except self pickup. But to get your download as soon as possible, we encourage you to use Moneybookers (GiroPay or credit card) or PayPal.
When and how can I finally download the items?
After you finished the checkout process, you'll see a list of all files to download that you bought. At that time the downloads are still locked. As soon as we receive and confirme your payment, when using GiroPay, credit card, Moneybookers or PayPal only withing a few hours, we'll unlock your downloads. You can find an overview of your downloadable files when taking a look at "Your account" in our OnlineShop. Below the list of your last three orders is the list of all your locked and unlocked downloads of your last 10 orders.
How often and in what time spread can I download the files?
You can download all files you bought over 30 days. Every files has an individual download limit. Normally you can download a file 5 times.
